There are a few head hunters on our site. Recently one explained to me why she uses a combination of LinkedIn and GoGrabLunch.com to connect with job candidates and business owners.
Her point was that while LinkedIn is a great way to find candidates and screen their experience, there is always another step in the process. That being meeting them face to face to find out how the present themselves and how they might come off in an interview.
